Directions
1. Choose an area, inside or outside, that has open space.
2. Hold "The Hitting Disk" (as in picture 1) in the palm of both hands. You want the disk to cover up half of your hand. The other half of the disk should just flop over your thumb (flop over right thumb for right-handers and your left thumb for left-handers). Both hands need all fingers touching (disk inbetween) like you are in prayer postion.
3. Get in your normal hitting stance & put your hands in their normal postion (hands should be up around your armpit).
4. Once you are in your hitting stance pretend there is a long table around your waist high from home plate to the pitcher's mound. Imagine the disk is a small pizza that you are going to serve down the table. Almost as if you are going to skip a rock across water. Make sure you are agressive with your swing (take the same swing as you would take if you were swining a bat). The disk will go in the direction just as if you hit the ball. Make sure you don't roll your hands over too early or throw the pizza in the sky. Idealy you want to serve the pizza down the table.
5. Do not over rotate with the upper body which will cause you to pull off the pitch and throw the Hitting Disk to the inside instead of straight down the table.

The Key
The key is when you come down to release the disk your bottom palm needs to be facing the sky and your top palm needs to be facing the ground.

The Goal
Throw the disk on a line as long as possible. Work on throwing about 10 to 15 yards straight ahead.
